Refund Policy
Cancellations, Returns, and Damaged Items
We’re confident you’ll love your purchase, but if you do need to return an item, please email us within seven working days of receipt. The item must be unopened and in its original condition for a return to be accepted.
Refunds:
• A full refund (excluding delivery costs) will be issued within 30 days of receiving the returned item, provided it is unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.
• Return postage costs are your responsibility unless the item is faulty or damaged.
Damaged Items:
• If your item arrives damaged, please get in touch with us within seven days of receipt, and we’ll either replace the item or offer a refund.
• You will be asked to return the faulty item to us. Once we receive it, we’ll reimburse the return shipping cost and either replace or refund the goods.
Return Shipping:
• We recommend obtaining proof of posting when returning an item, as we cannot be responsible for items that do not reach us. We also obtain proof of posting for all items we send, so you can be assured that we’re doing everything we can for peace of mind.
